Guidelines for Updating the Extension Calendar

The University of Florida/IFAS Extension Calendar is for UF/IFAS Extension sponsored activities and events.

Events you are allowed to post:

• All educational programs, workshops, and training for clientele
• UF/IFAS Extension Field Days
• Training for commodity and volunteer groups that are UF/IFAS Extension sponsored where a training event happens
• 4-H Summer Residential and Day Camps
• Fairs where UF/IFAS Extension agents have a role
• 4-H Congress/Legislature
• 4-H Judging Contests

Events you are NOT allowed to post:

• Individual one-on-one consultations
• 4-H club meetings and events
• 4-H Banquets
• Any personal appointments like office visits and farm visits
• Professional Association meetings
• Annual leave time
• "Office is closed" days
• Administrative meetings
